The possibilities are limited solely by your imagination. We are here to assist you with coordinating all the pressing details from location selection to out-of-town guests arrangements. No matter what your ideal wedding is, we will work with you to bring your fantasy to life. We will arrange as many or as few services as you need, and offer a number of packages:

Platinum

The Dream package for the bride and groom who do not have the time or simply want peace of mind during your wedding planning process, making it Stress Free! Our Platinum Wedding package is for you. (Package details available at your first meeting).

Gold

If you are a bride or host who has started your planning process and realize that you would rather enjoy the Day Stress free!!! Consider our Gold package, this allows you to be a VIP at your own wedding. (Package details available at your first meeting).

Silver

This package is perfect for the couple that has managed to plan their entire event, but are becoming a bit overwhelmed with all the details as the wedding day gets closer. This package does not include the extensive details as with Platinum or Gold packages. However, you can always add other duties if desired ala carte.

Day of coordination

You have done an excellent job at hiring your vendors and planning your event, but who like to have someone synchronizing the Big Day. Our experienced planners will oversee the entire day so you can sit back relax and spend time with your guests.

  • Making sure that you, and your family are comfortable and have all the attention and service you need while getting ready for the big day.
  • Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors.
  • Distributing copies of your event day itinerary to all vendors.
  • Distribution of final payments to all vendors.
  • Overseeing proper set-up of ceremony and reception locations.
  • Assisting with distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower baskets (if event is a wedding).
  • Ensuring proper placement of seating cards, wedding favors, programs, etc.
  • Greeting your guests and directing them to ceremony area.
  • Lining up and cueing wedding party for processional.
  • Making sure you are ready to walk down calm and collected.
  • Ensuring musicians are cued for correct pace and timing.
  • Ensuring you and your bridal party are prepared for post-ceremony formal pictures.
  • Greeting you and your groom as you arrive at your reception site.
  • Ensuring you, your groom and bridal party enjoy the cocktail hour hors d' oeuvres.
  • Ensuring your music entertainment is prepared for your entrance and has correct pronunciation of the members of your bridal party.
  • Most importantly, ensuring you and your groom have an amazing time at your reception!
